Invoice data stays on your device
The invoice details you enter (business information, client information, line items and totals) are saved locally in your browser on your device. This information is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to use an online feature that requires it.
Zoho CRM extension
When you use the Instant Invoice Generator extension in Zoho CRM, it may read supported fields from the Contact or Deal record you choose so it can prefill an invoice in the extension interface. The extension does not send customer data, CRM record data or generated invoice data to Instant Invoice Generator servers or to another external service. Processing occurs within Zoho CRM and your browser.
Seller details that you enter are saved locally in your browser for reuse and are not written back to Zoho CRM. You can remove them by clearing the extension’s saved data or your browser’s site data. Zoho processes information within its platform under your Zoho account and agreement. See the Zoho CRM Extension Help page for supported modules, field mapping and limitations.
AI Quick Fill
If you use the optional AI Quick Fill feature, the description you submit is sent to our AI processing service solely to generate invoice fields for you. Do not include sensitive information you do not wish to process this way. This optional website feature is separate from the Zoho CRM extension’s standard Create Invoice workflow.
Analytics and cookies
